1970 Dart what's it worth

I'm looking at 1970 Dart tonight and want to get some ideas on what it might be worth, I haven't seen the car yet, but here is the craigslist ad. Any input is appreciated.

I think 6500 is steep, the 3 ??? by motor is alittle scary to.If you want a car that can be street driven your gonna have to spend alot more on it.But i guess it's acording to where your at and what you want

IMO, the asking price is too high for what is there.

The body at that price better be pretty close to rust free, and I mean California rust free. I got a rust free, nice looking, 340 4 gear swinger with the rebuilt #'s engine and trans for under 5K.

Some of the expensive stuff to look for are the factory exh manifolds, air cleaner, uncut rallye dash assembly. You probably already know that stuff.
