1970 Duster odd vinyl roof option

Anybody have any information on this vinyl roof option? or did somebody make it a one off by using trim parts from another model? The guy I bought the car from said it was an Ohio only option, I question this.

Anybody ever seen a 1970 duster with this vinyl roof option? I bought the 1970 Duster it was originally a 340 4 speed car (no fender tag available) from a guy in Ohio and he said it was an Ohio only option which I question. Here are some photos:

Not stock on a 1970 Duster or on any other Duster, never seen before in no brochure or anything else...

I have seen those tops back in the day here in SoCal especially on the 73 to 76,77 ply. Dusters. Not to say they were not in other states. I asked about the top back then at a dealership I was told it was a factory add on. I believe they said they referred to it as a "halo top" stands to reason it looks like a halo.
