Might be some old dealerships in Mexico with stashes of NOS parts . Older smaller dealers tended to not toss things out . Rather they would move stuff to an attic or back room . I scoured parts rooms in the 80s and 90s looking for old stuff when I sold Dodges .
The intake appears to be an AVS version. Thermoquads had much bigger secondaries .
As for the Duster grill in video …probably replaced cuz it was cool ! Or crashed and replaced with whatever they could find ? Or Chrysler Mexico switched things up year to year . I remember getting new Dodges with Plymouth grills or body panels in the 80s. GMCs with Chevy grills etc..
