i would have hated to see that get parted. in ny only post 73 cars need a title. do a google search on lost titles, i got 1 along time ago for my challenger through us title and search company. dont know if they are still in buisiness.
 
nah i wish. has a 318 in it with the factory 340 manifolds, radiator, and radiator shhroud with orig trans
 
im gettin a title for my bike thru a towing company. they claimed it was abandoned and for like $250 i will get all the paperwork and go to the dmv and get my title
 
Seems like you have what I bought last year. 1971 340 Duster with everything but the original motor and trans (318/904). My car has the EV2 paint with black interior, bench seats, and column shifter. I was going to make a pitch for the whole car to help get mine back to looking nice (windshield, passenger door and possibly the fender) or maybe convert it to buckets and floor console shift but I agree that it should remain together and restored.
 
yea, but shipping to west coast would be a killer, plus, i do not want to GIVE the car away. i actually will be starting to cut out the bad floor pan tommorow, and putting another one in, and yanking the 318 out, so when i get the car close, ill put the 340 out of my 4 speed car in it and then build a nice engine for my 4 speed. so at the present moment, i do not care to sell it
