OMG.....WTF happened there?

Now, I'm afraid we will have a discussion (argument) in Columbus.

I mean.....the RR looked perfect........

Could this car make it 2-for-2 in A body modified?
If Denny gets the tires cleaned up, I would say a pretty good chance.

Here is a link to the Photo Shoot test pics:

Now ONE thing that eludes every one's memory....we had just spend 36 hrs of rain and standing in 3" of water in our bare feet at the fairgrounds. Something happened early Saturday morning.....the sun came out and the humidity had to 80+%...like the last few days here in Pittsburgh. We weren't even clean let alone the tires.........:angryfir:

Yes, I have it on authority, this is why you were not photographed.

clean, dirty, that Demon is top notch. Clean the tires so I dont have to hear John piss and moan for 3 days! FYI, when John was attending the Nats my car never looked better! Thanks brother...

You know I did think of that when the photos were getting shot, but by then it was too late (and all of my detail stuff was in the trunk of the GTO -- at home). He was already done with the exterior shots - Jim & I left for a while during the shoot. So I kept my mouth shut.

That is Dick Landy's actual cigar with Dick Landy's actual
teeth marks and Dick Landy's actual autograph?

Yes, he gave it to Denny at Carlisle when the green Hemi Duster
premiered there in '97......You will never see it on eBay.

the Dick Landy cigar.....now thats a keeper!
hey Denny, if Dandy Dick gave it to you why does John have it? or is he jus tha pitcher taker like he is of tha fine .999% silver Duster? another question i thought of while on another forum was "have you thought about porno red steel wheels with poverty caps" for your Duster? that would be some wild contrast to the silver paint and match the interior................ :thumbrig: or :thumbdow:

68GS440...simple...I'm married...he's not....at Johns house...instead of the normal brick and brack, throw pillows, collection of domestic BS...it's a hot rodders dream....

John is safekeeping a few of my special pieces for me while my wife and I are on the "transfer tour" for her job the past 5 years....one more move to go...then I will relocate all my goodies in one zip code

the porno red steelies/poverty caps.....sorry....I like to be a little more...incognito....right?

maybe my memory is fadding...but didn't Dick write...nice car Denny...on the other side of that cigar?

Don't worry about a little good-natured ribbing Jim.

These pictures are awesome and I can't believe the high-resolution
of the shots and how fantastic everything looks; especially the paint!

Is the Demon really that nice or does the photog touch them up like
a Playboy centerfold?

John.........it does not bother me....I can take it because I dish it out :yawinkle::yawinkle::yawinkle:

I think Denny might be getting a little car crazy at the moment i'm quite sure his brain is spinning around and round while trying to get his project done. Maybe a cold beer and a few minutes sitting looking back at his progress so far might help. Were all pulling for you Denny.
