1971 Plymouth duster seat tracks question

Im working on my seat and track
My car was originally Bech seat someone put bucket seat and I’m trying to see if this is the correct seat tracks. Only one side have released. The inside track no release. Just free!

My 71's have latches on both sides. Having said that, I understand that subsequent models did away with that...Maybe in '72? You can see the window on the inside track in your pic the "teeth" but no lever. Have the levers been omitted by the OEM, or removed by the previous owner can't say for sure.
 
I am working on a 1973 duster 340 my bucket seats have the same tracks you are showing there are only latch on the outside track the inside has teeth but no way to attach to other track
 
You might double check your floor pan before modifying too much. Just a suggestion. I had a customer that had the same problem in a Cuda that we redid seats for and the floor pan actually had another set of holes about 1.5" behind the ones the seat was mounted in. Pulled the seat, moved to back set of holes and he was good to go. Just my experience.
