There is some rust on the bottom where the outer skin wraps under the door you can see the rest.

I think the 70-72 Duster/Demon doors are the same but I have not looked at them side by side. Anyone?

I don't know. I imagine it would have to be crated and shipped freight?? Maybe UPS would ship something that size. It would have to be pretty good shape. Is the rust surface rust that sands away or rust coming through the seam?

I would say its coming through the seam.
