Up for sale is my '72 Dodge Dart drag car roller -- the engine, transmission, ignition, fuel system, battery and belts are not included.
This car is an older build but still goes straight and launches hard. The car is a back-half adjustable ladder bar suspension with 3-way adjustable Competition Engineering coil-over shocks and anti-roll bar. Rear end is a 8 3/4" Mopar, 4:10 spool. The car weighs 2785lbs race ready without driver.
The car has sub-frame connecters and a full roll cage, aluminum dash, all lexan windows and lift off fiberglass hood. Comes with motor & mid plates, and drive shaft setup for big block Mopar and 727. New master cylinder, line lock and new shifter (line lock is on shifter button and trans brake button is below the shifter base). Fresh Mickey Thompson 29.5 x 11.5/15 slicks with less than 30 1/8th mile passes. The roller comes with a big aluminum radiator and electric fan to keep things cool. Headers for big block Mopar included.
The car came with a water/methanol tank, pump and is plumbed to the engine bay but it was never hooked up and run -- so, it's in there if you want to use it.
The body is very straight but the paint/vinyl top are old and there are some paint bubbles in the lowest part in the rear quarter panel. The car looks great and is a blast to drive but this by no means a show car. I have a set of wheelie bars that go with the roller but they aren't on the car now (I didn't run them). Just drop in your motor/trans, ignition, fuel system, battery, belts and go racing!
I got an old AZ title with the car when I bought it but the car does not have a dash tag and is not at all street legal.
