This one is an odd ball. I have a 73’ 340 block that is std bore (4.040) but it came out of a boat. There are no stampings on the oil pan rail. And on the front of the block is stamped 340 CCW. It was NOT raw water cooled. The boat has heat exchangers. So its in rather good shape. I believe it sat with water in a few cylinders for a long time. So it will need 4 sleeves i think. Id like to get $200 obo. Just want to cover my time and machine shop charges. Located in Southeast FL.

Being a CCW marine block, I would sonic check that one for sure. Most of the marine blocks had extra thick walls but I've seen a 1982 318-3 marine block with the major thrust axis reversed to match the counter clockwise rotation. But being an early marine block I bet it's good for more than most other '73 340 blocks regardless.
