Homeboy:A bump and observasion from the hills of Missouri. In my neck of the woods that motor you are showing and discribing will cost someone what you are asking for the whole project if you had someone put it together and by the parts. Then you have the tranny. I have to pay $500 to get one rebuilt. All of the new stuff you have listed are worth a bunch and believe me i know just finishing a 74 unit myself, however, a disasembled project is much harder to move than a project assembled as there are a lot of people that want a car that don't have a clue how to put one together. Your car is worth what you are asking when you find someone looking for THAT project. Now your search has started for THAT someone. Nice motor and good luck.

here a thuat y not just sell the motor that will give you some money you get itersed in the car again get the car done then worry about a motor.cus it sounds like your selling motor and giving the car.be leave me i know about not having the money and losing interest in a project.just a that i hate to see ya give up.i know things are tuff but well get thru it.:clock:

I would second the sell the engine idea........

That gets you alot of money at once.

Then you can always pick of a core for a couple of bucks and sit on that.

Dude, sit back and relax for a while. IMO, for now, just drop the project and wait for sometime to pass. I'm also in a finacail bind that will not allow me any extar cash for the cars. I have not done jack since late last summer. And it's getting to that one year mark now that nothing has been done.

I'll wait it out for now. Half done projects normaly do not sell for what there worth and scare most away in there idea of what is missing and/or what you have done wrong in there opinion and what needs to be done to finish it to there idea of finished.

Lay it down for awhile. Come back to it later.
