Does anyone know the difference between these two steering wheels? Were they part of different options, or interior packages? Both pics are from '73's.

That's exactly the difference. The one in the top pic has a center horn button.
The bottom pic has 3 horn buttons ( one on each spoke). I have two of these (one black and one blue). One of them needs a center cap, but I forgot which one.
