Best way to tell which way the UCA's go, is to look at the place made to hit the rubber bumpers that go on the frame rail. The brake calipers go towards the front when you mount the spindles.....and your new intake has more holes in it than the Bunny Ranch in Reno!

I thought the same thing with the intake! I’m sure someone on here can tell me what every hole is for....lol

Everything back from blaster and coated with some rust inhibitor. Rear bumper will need some dents work before paint. Brackets were rough but cleaned up. Picked up a pretty rough 1967 440 with 906 heads on trade. Didn’t have anyone to help me get it out of the truck so I snatched it out by hand and put it on a dolly....wonder what that sucker weighed? My nuts are still in place so not too much lol!

Finished sealing up the floor in the Duster. Body work is underway and newly acquired doors are hung. Fender repair nearly complete. Getting there.

Took apart the best set of tail lights I have and tore them down. Three ring **** show for sure. Bezels look like they have been on the bottom of the sea. Found new online for $500. Screw that, this isn’t a MECUM $50k resto....wifey will like me anyway.

Looks like your wife's Duster is fighting you as hard as my wife's Dakota has me. From the first bolt I turned on that thing, it's fought like the 3rd Monkey on the loading ramp of Noah's Ark! I got frustrated the other day, and was walking around it, talking to it like the old guy in "Days of Thunder"! I told it if it kept F'ing with me every step of the way....I was gonna paint it gray and name it Possum, cause it kept wanting to play dead....lol. :realcrazy: You've come a long way on that car since monsoon drop off day, so keep up the good work. :)

Uncovering the **** that needs help, one bolt at a time. All panel needs some help and I am hoping the driver’s quarter cleans up. I think this is why they sell new cars....

Hold your chin up, it’s a hobby right?

Yep. I did well enough this year cleaning things up and selling things to break even. That makes it a hobby for sure.

Understand how it goes man, the hobby is rough sometimes. I took my duster in for an alignment and ended up having to have both front frame rails replaced. It’s all worth it in the end, right?

No stress, just don’t have the time I want right now. Off continent again solittle stuffis going to have to wait.

Ok, on those tail lights, get a good used pair and you can wet sand them with real fine paper. Then tape off and paint the lines. It will save you a lot!

72 is sold and headed back to the original owner.

Looks like the front brakes are moving along while I am away. Anyone have a recommendation on front and rear shocks?

Headers arrived and need to fit rear under car to test fit rims....

Yeah I had ordered a set for all four corners. Anyone ever stuff a set of Hotchkis 24385 leaf springs under their ride?

I would not buy anything they sell, they got my money once on a set of torsion bars.

Mistakeappotomus strikes. So I picked up this set of rims I had blasted and rust proofed etc in a parts car. Didn’t measure bolt pattern on fronts....duh. Stuffed some tires on and she will officially be a roller again. Had to source some rims to match for front. Located the radiator and grille support as it decided to hide in the shop. Was like a where’s Waldo moment as I am on another continent trying to direct my buddy to an item I wasn’t sure the exact location of... Headed to booth for primer and sanding.
