New front suspension with 318 torsion bars and Addco sway bar. 2.5x10 front brakes, 9 in rear brakes, all drums, shoes, wheel cylinders and hoses are new. Also, replaced master cylinder and power brake booster. New tires. Rebuilt heater box, non AC car, but have a dodge after market unit in trunk. No rust, it had a water leak I was trying to find. So I cut that out to check for rust. Turns out there are seams accessible from the inside. It is welded and sealed. I could have made it prettier, I was making it a driver. I have paint.
