1976 plymouth feather duster and 1976 dodge dart lite

-
i have one here in phoenix,az it is all there, but the guy who sold it to me , didn't tell me it had a hole in the floor. but it needs a lot of work..
Thanks for the response, But it's a bit too far for me to go to get a car at this time.

So I remember when I was about 17 years old reading about the Feather Duster (1985) in a magazine or book. Anyway, I'm in the local Junk Yard looking for parts for my Duster, and I walk by a Duster and look at the Fender and it said "Feather Duster." Then I said to myself, that's the car with the lightweight parts, but the hood was gone. I looked underneath and there was the aluminum bumper support, so I grabbed that and the rear support. Still have them today.
Even lighter than aluminum bumper supports? The 1973 bumper assembly with no supports, just mounting brackets.

sorry, this is the first time i have been online in awhile
@leroy, I was just wondering about the one near you.
I went out to Phoenix a couple weeks ago and picked up a Dart Lite.
Looking for Broadcast Sheets for Dart Lites.

I would love you to check the ACTUAL GAS MILEAGE, I've seen folks claim 35 mpg, which I consider to be BS
the second owner said he got 29 mpg, i haven't drove any distance since i purchased it in may 2024,, it was on mecum on may 11,2024.......it will be on you tube channel "if this car could talk" in december, i just filmed it last week...

leroy, here is a link to my story: Dodge Dart Lite

It was in a backyard on South 47 Street.
Had not moved in 10 or 15 years.

Post some pictures of yours!

when i get some pictures, i will send them....i used to work for the electric company in south phoenix, i probably missed it , what was the address, i probably know the house...

7033 is the house number.
You can't see it from google earth because it's in the shadow of the house.

it's probably 7033 s 47 street just below baseline on the east side of the street i worked that area for 16 years in the 1980-2010

Wow, it's a small world, What are the chances that two guys with Dart Lite's are right next to each other

i called the 2nd owner and he said 29 mpg, but the drum brakes are something to get used to.... and no power brakes, no power steering, no a/c, no hydraulic clutch, but it looks like it has a 340 or 360 with the hood on it......

how do i clean out my inbox?
Go to your conversations, show all will bring them up.

It gives you a choice to return if there are additional messages on that conversation.
Do that process till you have opened enough space to get new messages.
Let me know if you need any more help.

@leroy don't post your phone number for all to see. The spammers and scammers love that personal information.

I had a great time with Leroy before thanksgiving!
Some great Mopars and just a pleasure spending time with the Man, the Myth, the Legend!

Here is Leroy's Dart Lite.
It needs a little work!
I think it could be bought.
