1979 Lil Red Express Truck
Factory 360 motor with all the under hood parts inc. the hard to find dual snorkel breather and breather tubes. Motor has been rebuilt in the past and runs great.
This is an A/C truck and it has pressure on the system. Have not tried it yet.
Runs and drives like new.
New chrome bedside steps.
New chrome mirrors.
New rubber door seals.
New decals.
New windshield.
New paint inside and out.
New bed wood inside and out.
New wheels and tires.
New chrome front bumper
The wood inside the bed comes painted red from the factory so that is what I did. It is a little slicker than factory.
Many new parts.
I tried to use as many Nos or factory used parts as possible.
Interior is in great shape and mostly stock.
All gauges work.
All lighting works.
Under the hood has not been restored yet but is all there.
Overall a great looking and running truck that you can drive or take to the shows.
No way you could build this truck for the price. My loss your gain.
No need for a trailer just drive it home.
Located close to Huntsville Alabama.
$12,900
I really just need a cash sell to start my next project but may trade for a nice Mopar.
Only trade even or with cash to me.

I have a like new #s carb if someone buys truck and wants the correct carb.

$12,500 Is the bottom. In fact it will go up soon. I am going to take the front cap off and pull the engine and detail under the hood. If it's not worth that I will just keep it and enjoy it next spring.

After this weekend this truck will be off the market. I am going to remove the front cap and motor to paint and detail under the hood. Price will go up when finished.

Sorry Gl. I do not know how many miles are on the truck. It did not have a gauge cluster in it when I got it.
Since I am here a I may as well give an update.
I have removed the front cap to paint and detail under the hood. I have everything painted and have started to put it back together.
The price will go up to reflect the new work.
Couple pics of the progress.

Should be finished in a couple weeks.
Price has gone up to $14,500
Get it before it's gone.
