We have one in the shop and the customer backed into something with the rear gate open. It really jacked it up but we cant really see any obvious damage.
I think the shell is bent in the hinge area but not sure. Does anyone have access to a undamaged gate who can tell me if the area where the hinge bolts to the gate itself is flat? I think this is the problem area as it is bulged there but it is an unbelievably even bulge from side to side. There is no broken paint anywhere. I should have taken a pic but I didn't. I can take a pic later but if someone can tell me that it is in fact flat in that area, I'd feel better about beating it flat again.
