I don't remember which one I liked better. They weren't bad but one of them was way smootherDamn, I wish I had a sip of that Macallan 12 year right now. I think Ben Drinkin needs a snort.

I think it was the Macallan. It is finished in a Sherry cask. It adds that extra layer of flavor and smoothness. That is going to be hard to top next year. LOL @Sublime oneI don't remember which one I liked better. They weren't bad but one of them was way smoother
Damn, you would fit right in!You guys are correct, the Macallan is the smoother one. I started with the Glen as you can go rough to smooth but ya just can't go smooth to rough. Albeit in the scotch category technically both are very smooth. I myself prefer the Macallan as well. It was fun to expose folks who have never had exceptionally good scotch to some examples. Many peoples first experience is with not good scotch and it turns them off forever to what can be a very nice sipping event. Given different circumstances it would have been cool to show the difference a splash of water makes for "opening" up the scotch. Just no real way to do that wandering around pouring like we did. I will do my best to bring something even better next year. What I may do is just bring the Macallan vs something different? I am envious of TMM tasting club, it sounds like a hoot.
A full updated list of show winners on the Midwest MoPars site has been posted...Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to copy the link since it was on Facebook....
I think I got it Keith
Looks like a who's who of FABO ! Well done to allI see some familiar names there. Thanks for the tip Keith.
That's awesome! Lol, I actually got a plaque with my car this year! 2nd year in a row. I am surprised as there were so many nice A body Plymouths in my class again.
Agreed! I am actually surprised they do not.Yes, it’s a tough class and gets bigger every year! There are so many they could have an early-a body class too!

Well said! The winners are those who brought their cars to the show
Mike, can you find out if this is Darrin's car?Not an A Body but Darrin just got finished with his 69 A12 Bee. The only one known to exist with a floral top. Watch the magazines for this one! Dang, I was supposed to go to Carlisle with him this year.
Note: I just talked to Darrin, November Collectors guide will have a article and cover photo.
