We get a lot of calls requesting catalogs, so I wanted to post up what we offer in the way of said catalogs. We have our catalogs available in three different formats.....
1. We offer a CD-ROM catalog ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE....we don't even charge you the postage to send one to you in the mail.
2. We offer a "thumb drive" catalog for use with a smart phone, lap-top computer, or tablet...again, ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE...we don't even charge you the postage to send one to you in the mail.
3. And lastly, we have our 25th anniversary 2019 full color paper catalog. This catalog weighs a little less than 3 lbs. We do charge $20.00 for the catalog, plus $5.00 postage. There is a coupon in the back of the catalog that can be clipped out and sent in with your next order, and depending on the dollar amount of the order submitted, you get all or part of your $20.00 catalog cost back.
FOR OUR CANADIAN AND FOREIGN CUSTOMERS: Due to outrageous postal prices to Canada, and any other foreign countries, we do charge just the postage for choices #1 & #2.
SENDING A PAPER CATALOG OUT-OF-COUNTRY, we have to charge actual shipping prices as "MEDIA MAIL" is not an option to any foreign address.
I sincerely hope this clears up any confusion when calling us requesting a free catalog.
