2023 14th Annual FABO NASCAR "Pick 'Em" Game - Here We Go Again!!!

-
I had two great pics at this race, Joey Lagono was taken out, And then the effin 11 car puts the 5 car into the wall because Hamlin knew he couldn't pass him and on 2 laps to go.. I took a beating once again, congratulations to my Arkansas cuzz on his pick Hamlin, you do know he should have points taken away and fined for that move, carma will get him next race so I wouldn't pick him next week @Sublime one
Hah, thanks Cousin!
You do know my only goal is to whip the pants offun ya this year! Don’t care where I end up with the others! You whipped the crap out of me (along with virtually every one else) last year!

Think I'm at a disadvantage, of my own making, because I would never pick Hamlin or Truex because they remind me of Stewart. I can do it BUT, don't you do it to me or I will ***** up and down . Tony, with a TON of talent, was one of the biggest whiners around. I have never picked any of them throughout this game over the years. Sorry if they're your favorite guys, but I just don't like any of them. Hamlin has done this BS of taking an opponent wide before, and will do it again.

I will not be bumpered at the Bullring >Yunny.< :poke: .5 ..

Oh yeah, that non-yellow at the end ruined a very good race and finish. Think my 45, with 4 new tires could have caught the 11 with a restart. I'm done complaining. :)

Hamlin running Larson up into the wall ranks right up there with Earnhardt bumping Labonte. It was for the win. I'll give credit to Hamlin for trying to give his team, and sponsors, the best possible finish. In this case, it was for the lead, and the win.

I'm all for "Boys have at it" instead of a bunch of babies in a playpen screaming, "He touched me", "He bumped me".

This is racing:

Not so much that he bumped him, it's when he whines like a ***** when someone does the same to him. Never had much use for Earnhardt Sr.. He killed himself blocking for others, not much competitive racing in that. Also not a fan of Johnson or Gordon, but watched them win 170 plus races, because they were better than the rest of the field those days, without cheap shots. Was an Elliott fan for 20 years never seen any BS from him. Won a race after being two laps down at Talladega by just driving his car hard, no lucky dogs laps those days. Each to their own, just don't like bitching about others when you do the same.

Well said and yes, Bill was on my good racer teams, and good guy teams back in the day , I would love to ring the bell in that bar in his home town, it was rang early this year for his son winning

^^^^ My daughter lived in Alabama for a few years and we would drive down from NY to see her. Once I took a detour and went to the Pool Room in Dawsonville GA. to see the place. Good old greasy burgers, and a lot of Bill's news clippings and pictures all over the place. It was some back road adventure to get there, but it was worth it.

No Richmond Pole pick bonus.
#45 Tyler Reddick will lead them out tomorrow.

Correction!
Congratulations to 'Avispa' (FABO) for correctly picking #45 Tyler Reddick to be the quickest around Richmond Raceway and win the Cookout 400 Pole.
'Avispa' picked up
-1 bonus point.

Please post your picks for the next race and let me know if you want to "lock" them in for future weeks. I will put an "L" before either your Pole pick or your race picks to show they've been "locked".
As always, you can always make different picks each week. Your "locked" picks will always be there should you forget to post your race picks, your computer malfunctions or the site should go down temporarily.

Don't forget to get your picks for the FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway posted before the green flag drops at approximately 2:45pm EDT (11:45am PDT) on Sunday, August 6.

Your Pole Pick for Michigan will need to be posted before qualifying starts at 1:20pm EDT (10:20am PDT) on Saturday, August 5.

jeffy and jimmie gave out plenty of shots over the years.

Jimmie benefited from the stupid chase format and Knaus being a really smart.

Elliot and Mark Martin were typically super clean racers. Martin would have won multiple championships if he chrome horned people like Sr.
