After NHRA reset the FC points, we go from 11th to 14th, with NO chance of finishing higher.
So there is no use wasting parts and money this year, so we will sit out until the last couple races for this year.

Somehow 'ocdart' (FABO) stumbled into picking all four #1 Pro qualifiers for the 2024 40th anniversary Pep Boys NHRA Nationals Top Qualifier title with a total of 32.0 bonus points.
'64BEL' (FBBO), 'johnnycuda' (FABO) and 'Yunick13' (FABO) shared the runner-up qualifier with 31.0 bonus points each.

I wasn't a fan of the Finals being a 2-hour broadcast instead of 3-hours. Everything was rushed.
I understand there was only a 2-hour window before the NFL game and they're hoping they get new viewers from those that watched waiting for football.
 
'ocdart' (FABO) somehow managed to hang on for the top score this week with 157.0 points. He picked the class winner in Funny Car and all of his other picks lost in the semi-final round of eliminations.
