205/60R14 unavailable; need help with alternatives.

What are you guys substituting for the 205/60R14 tire that is unavailable. Front wheels are 6X14.

You got me on this one but was hoping for something in a BFGoodrich TA. All but one of the no name brand tires were available.

Well, if you want BFG T/As, you'll be limited to the sizes they still make; something like a 215 70 should work.

Are they not a little tall. Did you have tire clearance issue in front? What model car did you have them on?

195-65-14 are slightly taller and easy to find. Fine for a 6 inch width.

Cooper Cobras come 205/70r14 and 215/70r14.

I have a set of 215s on my mostly stock 72 Swinger (14x5.5 oem rallyes). They look cool and there's no rubbing.
