I have a 225 engine with 4 speed bell housing for sale. Also have a 225 block with pistons and mains from factory still on the shipping crate with box from dealer ship. 3 833 4speeds for sale. 1500 for all.

Here are additional pictures of everything I have two 440s one is a 440 hyper performance complete engine with original 727 transmission. The other one is just a block and the tail shaft on the transmissions are 15 1/2 inches half aluminum half cast. Also have a complete 360 pictures are included of everything.

At least one is a longtail and the big retainer points to an Overdrive, which the flipped lever concurs. My guess would be that it is out of a truck.
If true, then the truck bell will not bolt into an A-body. The inner Z-bar bracket is in the wrong spot, and you may have trouble with the Fork.

You know more than I do. I got this stuff in bulk from a chevy guy, who wanted all the Chrysler junk out of his way! One of the trannys does have orange paint on it that says 1984 d100! I dont think Chrysler made a bad tranmission!

Joe, do us a favor and look on the block in the area I circled red. See if there is anything stamped there.

I sanded it down and made it smooth No numbers. I checked on that flat surface from end to end. I rechecked the 3105 number. 10000 day calendar shows jan27/1970
I suspected as much. No numbers just backs up the fact that it's something like a warranty replacement. It never came in anything. Just like you already knew.
