225 Stroker?

Just curious. ....are there stroker kits for the 225?
What do they stroke out to?
I'm a firm believer and fan of stroker engines. .....

The bigger the bore the bigger the valves, they go together. Can't put in big valves if they hit the top of the deck.

...think that one through, man. If you've opened the bore for bigger pistons, you would have automatically opened the deck for bigger valves, no?

Someone who was over at .org bored and stroked a 225 to something like 240 or 250 CI. It was a few years ago and it was an interesting thread to say the least. It did not meet his expectations so he swapped in a V8. I believe that slant got sold to another member and still might be floating around. I’m sure a search over at .org will turn up a quite lengthy thread.
