273 318 heads w/ adjustable rockers

Before I list these heads for sale, I wanted to make sure I have the right application, years, engines. These heads came off my 1968 318. Casting number is 2843675.

Are these correct for 1968-1969 273 engines and 1968-1974 318’s?

If someone was an interested buyer, what other details would you need to know about them? I want to make my description is as accurate as possible.

Yes the application is correct. Post info about any work done to them. They obvious work because they are on a complete engine. Originally they didn't come with the adjustable rockers and shafts and that is a bonus.

Here are a couple of more pictures. I’ll measure the valves just in case they’re not the standard size. I didn’t build the engine and the specs that were given to me from the previous owner were only somewhat accurate.
