273 Exhaust Manifold Question

Hello,
Is there a difference between 273 and 318 a-Body exhaust manifolds? Would manifolds from a 1968 Barracuda 318 flow better than my stock 66 Barracuda 273 manifolds? Also, would they fit my car?

Driver side is different. Might not clear the steering... Don't think there is much difference in flow.
