I need a 35 gear for an A833OD trans. Do you know if it needs a long shaft or a short shaft? I can't find any info either way and I haven't taken the trans out yet.

The most I know about the short shaft is that they use a different housing than the ones I have in the ad. I believe they started with the shorts later in the '70's.
