I have a diagnostic chart for the three speed and I'll see if I can find it.
There are also Youtube video's about them.

Here's the diag for the motor.

Testing the motor

The motor only has two speeds, high and low. The medium speed is a variable speed, which is configured by the switch varying the voltage to the motor.

"Low"
Connect the motor housing and the green wire to ground
Bridge the brown and red wires
Connect either the brown or red wires to 12v
Motor should turn slowly

"High"
Conect the motor housing and the green wire to ground
Connect the brown wire to 12v
Motor should turn fast

"Park"
Connect the motor housing and the red wire to ground
Bridge the brown and green wires
Connect the blue wire to 12v
Motor should turn backward, then stop in park position.

Thanks Trailbeast , having the same problem ,won't park.

Could be as simple as lost ground. There's a ground jumper on the motor ( or should there ) that must be intact. Some systems required the switch be chassis grounded ( mounted in the dash ) also. Leave the switch dangling from the wires and wipers would run continuous at high speed.

True of the early cars. That changed in 67

I have the ground strap on the motor of my 73 Dart but if the switch isn't grounded the wipers don't work.

Yes, I know about the later cars and ground strap.
What I was referring to was the early cars, and that if the switch was not fully grounded, the wipers would run at full speed even in the off position.
