Hi Folks

I am installing a 3 speed wiper motor into my '71 Demon (used to have a 2 speed). My question is........Are there metal bushings that line the 3 rubber mounting bushings like there are on a 2 speed wiper motor. This motor that I have do not have the Metal bushings, just the rubber.....maybe MIA?

Thanks FABO

Yes, I think the metal bushings are there to prevent the isolator rubber mounting bushings from getting crushed when tightening the nuts down. The rubber is used to reduce the wiper motor noise being transmitted through the body of the car.
