Just completed the wiper motor rebuild and resto on my 69' bee.

That looks awesome. I'll be diving into mine shortly. What all did you do?? Just cosmetic?

I completely disassembled it and bead blasted and refinished the motor housing and cleaned the rotor and commutator. Then removed the tape and paper insulation from the stator. Resistance tested
the rotor and stator then new insulating paper and tape on stator windings. New brushes and fiberglass sleeving for motor leads. On the transmission I cleaned the housing and polished it a bit
then cleaned all internals then greased and reassembled. Used new crimps and shrink for the harness connections and glyptol on the switch plate. It looks as good inside as it does out.
Tested it and installed it. Also fully disassembled and cleaned the 3 speed switch.
