Hello, from what I have been able to figure out, 318 exhaust manifolds got a thicker head flange casting around 73/74 so that they could also be used on a 360. Does anyone have an early and late pass car 318 manifold on hand who would be willing to take a measurement? I do not know if it would be the same thickness as a 340/360 or if it's a compromise. Thanks

Lo-po 360 in a 73 B-body. I'd like to find a (cheap) matching set of manifolds that I can order a head pipe for.

If you can post them, that would be great. I did have them but I can remember what I referenced them out of. Maybe an old galen white book.

I *think* some 318 manifolds for 72-74 were also used as A-body lo-po 340 pieces starting in 1971. This same pn was also carried over to the 360 in 1974, or at least that's what it looked like.

I know the port size is smaller on the 318, but I don't know what was actually happening with the manifolds or what the port size was. I wish I had the pns handy, let me see if I can find them.

The right hand came on everything 340 and 360 for years. The B, E, C body LH came down at the back of the engine. Not sure of the casting number, my book only had the part number.
