sling it under the air-gap intake with a seat belt, whoa..wrecking yard moment there. The levelers are nice until you run out of jack and your motor is still 6 inches under the rad support, Doh!
Thanks again. One more thing... what's the deal with aluminum threads? As of now a carb plate seems like the way to go, only im using a borrowed, and from what ive heard, somewhat rare intake, and don't want to risk messing up the intake threads if thats a legitimate issue.
5/16 carb studs have a breaking strength of 3900 lbs and that is grade 2. They have a working load of 270 lbs (X4 on a motor plate) so you are good.
