318 Heads question.

Yes, but requires an intake manifold, hydraulic cam with lifters with oil holes and matching pushrods and probably rocker arms as the magnum heads oil the valvetrain through the pushrods. Valves will be somewhat shrouded and I would be sure to check valve to head to cylinder wall clearance.
 
Umm, don't the 1.88 valves need clearancing?
