318 la va 318 mag timing set

So I got a comp cam set 3103 .

For my 318 la last year but sold the car .

I have here a 94 318 mag . And this timing set says it works for la and mags .

Is that true ? How can that be true ?

Because it works on both engines.
There's no difference in the crank to cam relationship between LAs and Magnums. Short block wise, they're darn NEAR identical.
I guess this'll blow your mind, too- that timing set will work on a 318 Poly, also. And Gen 1 Hemis.

Hahaha that's nuts , well I'll used it with my mag then . Doing a tear down , clean up and put back together aorh new gaskets and stuff for this junk yard 5.2 mag
