To answer your question, Yes, it will fit a 67 satellite with a 273-318-340, not 360. 360's use a unique pan as the radius for the rear main is different than the other 3 engines so they are not interchangeable.

There are car oil pans and truck oil pans, the hump is in different locations. If you try to put a truck pan in a car, the hump will interfere with the k-frame, or vice versa. You also need to get the proper pick up tube to match the pan. You can get new tubes from NAPA around $20 - to me it's much better to pay the $20 than try to clean an old one.
