I am currently running a 340 LA block with a 6 pack set up and 727. I have just bought a TKO 5 speed gearbox complete kit from Keisler with flywheel, clutch, bell housing, hydrolic clutch kit, etc (which took 5 months to get to Australia but that's another story).
I have had a lot of time to think and am now considering going to a big block instead.
My question is what's not compatible with the kit now? I know the bell housing won't fit but is the flywheel and clutch going to interchange? Apart from engine mounts, headers etc, any considerations or downsides with the swap?
