340 -727 -3000 stall- Vibration under load - Trying to find source

-
OMG fact is anybody who disagrees with me has NEVER fixed an actual imbalance. GOOGLE it people...but a word to the wise is sufficient....where are THEY?!? HAven't any of you actually replaced an incorrect converter before? I HAVE...the imbalance vibration doesn't GO AWAY the higher you rev it. Don't you people know ANYTHING about physics?? Did you even graduate HIGH SCHOOL?!?...And I don't mean PUBLIC SCHOOL....lol
.
You need to take a deep breath and lighten up.

This is me light...Don't even get me started on matters that are actually important. It's shocking that so many members are so ill-informed about basic balance. Un-informed and proud of it..ignorance is bliss.

Bringing up an old thread since I am experiencing a very similar issue. Was there resolution? If so, what was it?

Thanks, Bill

Bill, not sure if you have a 72, but FYI.

Just in case anyone doesn’t have a copy of this bulletin: lots of problems with mismatched parts as these vehicles age.

Note the balance weights on the cast crank torque Convt. used at the end of the 1972 model year.

Note the different damper.
