340 block numbers

I have a 340 short block that came with my 69 340'Cuda but all i have learned from casting numbers is that it is a late 60's to early 70's 340 . Is there more to be learned from these Numbers .... 2780930-340-3 ..... ? then there is a stamped 9B310689 , does this mean anything . I will take all the info i can get .

This is the number to verify engine is original.. 9 = 1969, B = Hammtramck plant, and last six should match last six of your VIN tag
