Can you list the tire size, specs of the cam and tell me your compression ratio.

Like the pigeons in "Bolt"

"U'm unfamilur with dat cam."

Otherwise, rrvolare's reply is good. A LD340 and a 650, I'm not to sure a 750 will be so happy ontop of a 3.55 geared car. If you cn tune a carb OK, it'll work fine.

This requires a dual plane intake.
Carb size is your call between the 650 or a 750. I myself would use a 650.

I think your STR is a bit much for this combo.

RPM dual planes rock, air gap or not depending on hood/filter.

Get a demon carb, you only cry one time when you pay for it.

I've been down the road of power valves and leaky performers.

Demon or nothing, won't EVER buy anything else.

I'd say a 725 road demon if you can get one on ebay for under $400 is what you want.

I know where you can get a Weiand Stealth for $130 + shipping! ;)
Don't wanna spend too much if you're going to swap it out eventually anyway.

I missed the Vacuum secondary Double Pumper, that must be a new model.

Now with twin blowoff-power valves! :D

With a four speed ... Holley HP Series 750 Double Pumper.... its a $600 dollar carb but it will perform very well with the progressive secondaries and downleg boosters! With a DUAL plane intake.
