340 piston

I have a 340 block bored .060 ....in the process of locating a set of forged flat top 2 valve relief ,floating pistons...want to stay with 5/64 oil rings if possible...I have checked with Summit,Jegs,and few other manufactors ..cant seem to find what im looking for...any suggestions would be appreciated..

The kb243 .060 have the 5/64th ring package and 2 valve reluefs, but are hypereutectic, not forged.

A good street piston none the less and inexpensive at cnc motorsports.
Most forged pistons have gone the 1/16th ring package or smaller.
Maybe some older trw type pistons available in the classified section with the thicker ring package

You can always have the grooves increased/widened, I have a few times .

Just asking, but why the wide ring pack? You can unlock a little power and have less friction with a more modern thin ring pack. Run cooler, too.

I dont know ..just thinking of beefer rings I guess...
