Looking to buy for a 69 340, a right angle oil filter adapter
Currently the exhaust down pipe is trying to occupy the same real estate as the filter.

Be sure you don't get the early bolt they are junk and stretch very easy. Many guys give that bolt with the adapter because no one wants them that knows about them. The holes in the side of the bolt should be staggered or oval. If the bolt has 4 holes in line around the bolt. They are garbage. They are usually found on the early adapters. Direct Connection replacements were staggered and work but the oval later style are the best.
