If anybody has a correct 340 engine set-up with the throttle bracket and kick down linkage and doesn't mind posting a picture, so I can use it as a reference I would appreciate it. Thanks Larry

Not sure if you can see everything you need to see in my pictures....should be horizontal rod from carb back to bracket on intake , another vertical rod down to the pivot bolt on transmission, and another horizontal rod that goes right to the lever on trans........the last pic is the bracket that bolts to the intake.....

Yep, those are totally complete from one end to the other and actually more correct for a 340 than mine........Mine is actually a later 70s setup with the fixed (non adjustable) rod by the carb....It has the adjustment down by the lever.....But both work the same way
