The second stupidest thing I have ever done has taken another turn and forces the sale of this engine. The engine was built for Biggs Racing here in WI and had less then 30 passes on it when I bought it for what was to be a strip/very little street project. It is now more street and little strip so less engine now is the way to go. This is a 340X four bolt main block,
4.030 bore
3.58 stroke
6.300 rod
Flat top pistons 10.3 to 1 compression
RHS heads 2.055/1.62 valves
1.5 Roller rockers.
Howards cams EDM lifters
Comp Cams 20-618-5 290/290- 255/255 .540"/.540" lift 106 LSA .026/.028 lash
Super Victor intake
CSR Electric water pump.
Kevco Pan
Scat Forged Crank
Eagle Rods
SRP Performance pistons
When taking to Jerry Biggs and Mike at MRL they have stated what a strong engine this is and how much went into the build. I installed the pan and have given the engine a fresh coat of paint but have not had a chance to drive it. I loosed the rockers and have kept the engine inside in a controlled environment. Comes with choice of either valve covers shown but the headers,bell,clutch,starter and HDK shown in the picture stay. This is a great chance to go fast and not break the bank doing so. I have a photobucket link with pictures which is easier then trying to get them all here.
