Offered a 360 motor that's running from 70-80psi of pressure per cylinder for compression. It's a mid 70's truck engine, besides the oil pan issue and external balance anything offhand to look for? Good or Bad..And how much should I pay?

$100-$200 is what the motor is worth. These motors were low compression to start with so you won't get high cranking pressure but 70-80 psi is an indication of a tired motor in need of a rebuild.

Looks like I'm going to get it. He wanted $175 for the 1975 360 with a 727, this was from a truck the rotted away from around the motor etc..

I'm getting the motor for $80. Using some of my Boifday money.
