360 convert to 408. Throttle body

It's not really my forte - but the short answer is you should. I've heard there are custom programmers for them now to help the computer work with the new setup - but depending on the package you maye need more than that system can deliver in terms of fuel and air.
 
Yes, at minimum an intake manifold swap (M1 or Airgap) and 55mm throttle body. I run around with a bunch of Dakota guys who all run 408s and that seems to be it. They also run SCT tuners on the stock ECU.
