360 converter ?

NO....there is a difference in the balancing...

B&M list two different flexplates for those engines...
 
i wasn't sure . a buddy of mine has a 3000 fairbanks converter i can have , so thought i would ask.
 
you can knock the weights off the converter...or use any unweighted converter with the correct b&m flexplate...

or you can find the correct weights for the 340 cast crank...and knock the old weights off and weld the new weights on....or.......
