360 engine build

Found a 1975 360 motor out of a 3/4 ton truck,i am new to the dodge motor, could anyone out there give me some ideas for a streetable engine to build for my 71 dart.would like to end up around 400 hp,have a machine shop lined up,don,t have a hugh budget,have a set of 4 br heads off of a 73 360 to use. any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.thanks in advance for your support. Some KB pistons that are about 10:1 with some RHS heads and an XE274H cam should do the trick.
