Ok my question is around the counter weight. How is the best way to remove it? I was just going to die grind the welds remove the weight and then carefully grind off the rest of the weld. Is this OK?

or just use a 318 convertor, and sell the 360 one to someone who didnt balance their 360. it seems to me like people are always looking for 360 balancers and convertors. i know i have welded weights on a coule of 318 convertors. but that isnt an option for some.
