360 longblock for a van?

Came across a guy selling a still wrapped 360 longblock that he says is for a 73 2500 van. What differences does something like this have from the stock 73 318 in my Dart now. Would there be any mounting issues? Would I be displeased with compression? Is the cam undesireable? I'm at the point where it looks like my 318 needs a rebuild and searching for options. Any info is appreciated.

the driver side motor is a little different but you can use a stack of washers to shim it...

really difference is that the 360 is externally balanced...you will need a 360 balancer...and if you use your existing torque converter...you will need a B&M flexplate for a 360 with your 904 or 727....
