360 ring gap kb STD

i have a 360 KB hyper STD pistons (4 bore)
What ring end gap is better for an street mopar:
1 ring= ?
2 ring= ?
3 ring= ?

the top ring is the only one that needs to be filed. Probably around .040".

naturally aspirated [no nos] set the top ring at .026, thats what I would do.

street 4'' x .0065=.026
street/strip 4'' x .0070=.028
and bigger and so on...

sumthin like that.

Maybe try the KB site tech section and see what they say. The top ring needs to be gapped wider than normal.

W&C is correct on the minimum top ring gap.

I always go with the race spec WITH nos cause you can't be too careful. I mean hell it ain't gonna hurt a thing.

top - .026
Second - .020
third - is not file to fit.. just assemble properly.

I just followed KB instructions that came with the pistons. That was 45k miles ago and lots of 6000+ rpm shifts.
