I dont have a manual for that year but 15 (if on ported) you'd be in good shape/pretty close

What ever makes it run best. Limit the power timing to less than what makes it detonate.
I know this is not what you want to hear. But if you use the oem spec, it will be lazy and suck fuel, as compared to giving it what it wants.
I think those 360s were set to something like 4*
Is the tag missing from under the hood? Look up.They used to put a sticker on the underside of the hood. In later years the sticker went on the rad-support.
